Scope of work includes the removal of approximately 57,800 SF of existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashings, drip edge, and ridge vents. The new work consists of installing new ice and water shield, new underlayment, new 50-year architectural asphalt shingles, and all associated flashings, drip edge, and ridge vents. Additional work includes removal of the existing single ply membrane and insulation on the barrel roof and installation of a new 80 MIL single-ply roof membrane over new 6" rigid insulation. The work also includes new metal coping, flashings, terminations, gutters, and downspouts. The project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
