Site work and paving for a civil project in Randolph, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
The work includes approximately 50 linear feet of storm culvert replacement (12" diameter); 49,000 square yards of aggregate base installation; 39,000 square yards of asphalt pavement; 37,000 square yards of topsoil and seeding; as well as all related work including clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, sitework, grading, gravel shouldering, erosion control, and traffic control. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic bid bond issued by a surety meeting the specified requirements. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening. Minimum wages must comply with the local wage rate scale. Prospective bidders are urged to register as a plan holder with the designated website. Official notifications, addenda, and other documents will be offered only through this source. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Questions deadline: 04/02/2026
