Site work for a water / sewer project in Windfall, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The selected organization will assist in meeting all administrative requirements related to the implementation of projects utilizing CDBG funds, including environmental review, acquisition regulation compliance, financial preparation, monitoring and reporting, other record keeping, and related administrative monitoring of the project through close out. Grant application preparation and related services are required but are not allowable costs. The length of the project is estimated to be eighteen months. Personnel must be IOCRA Certified Grant Administrators. The Town will execute a firm, fixed-price contract contingent on the final commitment of grant funding. All services must be delivered for the agreed price. Proposals must include a description of expertise and resources, past similar projects, references, staff resumes, project leadership, description of services and prices, project timeline, and proposed fee. Proposals must also contain the name, title, address, and phone number of individuals authorized to negotiate and bind the proposer contractually, and who may be contacted during evaluation. Evaluation criteria include specialized experience, past performance, capacity for timely completion, familiarity with the project type, and cost. Five copies of the proposal must be received by the Town of Windfall at the designated address by the specified deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
