The Mountain Community Capital Fund Operating Committee requests proposals from qualified organizations to provide custodial services for the Mountain Community Capital Fund. The custodian will be responsible for safeguarding fund assets, managing collateral accounts, processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan loss payments, and transfers, and providing reporting and strategic support to ensure the operational integrity and growth of the fund. The custodial services must be performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The fund supports small business loans for entrepreneurs, with particular encouragement for entrepreneurs of color and borrowers with low incomes, and typically issues loans ranging from $5,000.00 to $70,000.00. Larger loan amounts may be considered.
