Renovation of a municipal facility in Graham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Alamance County is soliciting written bids for the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill - Scale House and Facility Improvements , 2701 Austin Quarter Road , Graham , NC. The project consists of furnishing all materials , tools , labor , and equipment to construct a new Scale House building with dimensions of 46 ' - 3" L x 13 ' - 4 " W x 9' - 6" H, two scale foundations along with working scales and all related appurtenances , emergency generator , roadway , new convenience area with retaining walls , as well as a bid alternate to pave another section of road at the MSWLF facility . The Contractor shall be responsible for all work shown on the construction plans and specifications including the well , septic field system , and all grading and paving for a complete and functional project .
