The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry is seeking to establish contracts for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning and Related Repair Services at ASPC Safford and ASPC Douglas. Required services include the professional cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems to ensure compliance with fire safety and health regulations and industry standards, including NFPA guidelines. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to service hoods, ducts, fans, and associated components. All questions or clarification requests about this RFQ must be submitted through the Arizona Procurement Portal via the Discussion Forum tab, no later than three business days before the RFQ due date.
