Sealed bids are invited for Triopia High School Paving & Parking Improvements in Concord, Illinois. Bidders must deliver sealed bids to the District Business Office prior to the specified deadline. Bids must include a properly completed Proposal Form in duplicate, a bid deposit of 5% of the Base Bid, and comply with the prevailing hourly wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Plans are available online, and bidders may access or order drawings as directed. All work must comply with the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act." A notarized certification that the Contractor is not barred from bidding due to violations of specified Illinois statutes is required with the bid. Bidders must also adhere to non-discrimination requirements and submit a bid bond, bank draft, certified check, or cashier's check equal to five percent of the Base Bid.
