PRICE AGREEMENTS FOR CBWTP, TCWTP AND PUMP STATIONS: Successful bidders are required to certify they are in compliance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis Bacon Act, 40 USC 3141 to 3148 regarding prevailing wage rates. Additional requirements may be found in the project specifications. All construction bids must be submitted electronically by the specified deadline. Forms disclosing first tier subcontractors are required by 4:00 PM on the bid date. Bids will be received and opened publicly online. The City encourages participation from COBID certified firms and will assist such firms in the bidding process. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification is required in Class 9 - Sewage Treatment Plants, or Class 10, Sewage Pump Stations and Odor Control Facilities for $1,250,000. Prequalification applications must be filed at least ten (10) calendar days before the bid due date. Additional prequalification requirements may be described in the project specifications.
