Parking Lot Expansion At Oliver Middle School The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project specifications for the parking lot expansion at Oliver Middle School. No bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instruction to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.
