Renovation of a restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.

The owner has selected a Construction manager/General Contractor. But the Construction start date has yet been established. Proposals are requested from qualified and experienced contractors to provide preconstruction services in a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) capacity, including but not limited to assisting the design team in completing permit submittal documents, value engineering, project schedule, cost estimating, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the proposed scope of work for the renovation of the 910 Building, 910 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Portland, Oregon. Additionally, contractors will be responsible for all construction services needed to complete the renovation of the 910 Building into a Food Hall and Food Cart Pod.
