CONTRACTOR MUST BE TREMCO-CERTIFIED. Suppliers who do not have access to the Multco Marketplace Supplier Portal must complete the MMP Supplier Access Request Form at least 5 days before the Sourcing Event closes. Attendance at both a mandatory virtual pre-bid conference and a mandatory site visit walk-through at Inverness Jail is required for bid eligibility. At the site visit, bidders must check in at the Security Desk, present government-issued identification, and will be subject to security and records checks. No personal items except a notepad, pen or pencil, and a copy of bid documents are allowed in the secured area. Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Sourcing Event. A bid bond is required, and performance and payment bonds will be required for the contract. Only the lowest bidder meeting minimum requirements will be awarded the contract. The estimated project range is $7,000,000 - $8,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
