Site work for a water / sewer project in Anaheim, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of constructing a new 8-inch VCP sewer line between two existing brick manholes, replacing the brick manholes with precast manholes at the intersection of Broadway and Elder St., street rehabilitation over the sewer improvements, replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings, adjustments of water valve covers, and all related work as shown on the plans and specifications. This project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and requires that the awarded contractor and all tiers of subcontractors agree to its terms by signing a Letter of Assent. For bid evaluation, the City will select the lowest responsive and responsible Base Bid. Work under any Alternative Bid may be authorized at the City's sole discretion. All bids must comply with the "Invitation to Bidders" and "Instructions to Bidders."
