Renovation of a municipal facility in Monticello, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Lewis County, Missouri is requesting qualifications from qualified firms to serve as the "Design Criteria Consultant" as defined in CSR 67.5060(5). The project consists of renovation, or possible replacement of, the County courthouse annex which is a single-story stick-built structure on a variable height crawl space. The building had developed black mold and some cleanup/rehab work has been done. The goal is to provide a building that is safe and functional for office use. Those firms wishing to be considered should submit 4 hard copies of a letter of interest and qualifications information to Shannon Sapp, County Clerk, P.O. Box 67, 100 E. Lafayette Street, Monticello, MO 63457 no later than 3:00 p.m. April 10, 2026. The submittals will be scored as follows: Capacity of the Firm – 33 points maximum; Experience of the lead person – 33 points maximum; Familiarity of the firm with Lewis County – 33 points maximum.
