**As of April 29,2026, project was awarded to Northwestern Stone, LLC, awarded amount is $736,391.30.** 2026 Road Rehabilitation to include several tasks, including pulverizing the existing pavement on the designated streets, undercutting sections with poor subgrade, repaving the main road, and restoring driveway aprons and shoulders to match the new road profile. The base bid covers the full lengths of Plainfield Road, Plainfield Court, Hawthorne Court, Hackberry Court, Meadow Road and an alternate bid for Ox Trail Way. As part of the Base Bid, the Town Hall Southern Parking lot is to be repaved and striped. The rehabilitation work consists of the following approximate base bid quantities: 21,580 square yards of asphalt pulverization, 4,440 tons of hot mix asphalt, removal and replacement of concrete and asphalt driveway aprons, installation of 15,200 linear feet of gravel shoulders, 500 feet of ditching, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All Bids shall be uploaded and submitted through Quest only with EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through Quest shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. The Bidding Documents may be examined at the Town of Middleton or the offices of Vierbicher.
