**As of August 31, 2026, project was awarded, tentatively planned to begin fall 2026 and completion prior to Thanksgiving** The Work includes the construction of approximately 500 linear feet ( LF ) of 10 inch ( IN ) to 12 IN water main , including trenchless installation under Pheasant Branch Creek, 250 LF of 18 IN to 21 IN sanitary sewer, erosion control, traffic control, restoration, and other miscellaneous items . The City is flexible on scheduling of portions of this work, intend-ed to be pursued sometime between fall 2026 and May 2027.
