The Owner will receive bids for lighting repairs and routine roof inspections and maintenance. The work consists of replacing light bulbs and fixtures throughout the community and routinely inspecting the roof of the clubhouse in the community. Bidders are advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a contract until sixty days from the opening of bids, and bids must remain open for that period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality or technicality in any bid, disregard non-conforming or non-responsive bids, negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, require statements or evidence of bidder qualifications, and to accept the proposal that is in its best interest. The Owner may also extend the bidding period by addendum if necessary.
