Replacement of the existing rectifier system with a unit that meets or exceeds the current 2,800-amp load capacity, including installation of new rectifiers capable of supporting 200 amps per unit across 14 units. The contractor shall provide and install batteries equivalent to or better than the existing C&D Technologies MS Endur II batteries, consisting of three strings with 48 jars per string, each string equipped with battery disconnects equal to or superior to the existing Peco II -48V 1800-amp disconnects. The system shall provide new power distribution feeding the DC breaker panel for loads A, B, C, and D from commercial power, battery power, and generator power, with distribution capacity equal to or greater than the current Lorain Power System Model 1231v1. Power must feed into sectors A, B, C, D, E, and F of the DC breaker panel. The inverter system shall be compatible with the existing DC breaker panels and AC circuits within the node facility. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
