The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to perform the required testing and certification services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Interested companies must submit information demonstrating their capability to meet these requirements, including company details, socioeconomic classification, subcontractor information if applicable, and compliance with limitations on subcontracting. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses must also complete the required VAAR 852.219-75 Certificate of Compliance. Responses may include relevant specifications, capability statements, brochures, or past performance information to validate the ability to fulfill the requirement.
