The project consists of the supply and delivery of air filters (specific models indicated as 'Brand Name or Equal'), for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center at the Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center, 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The contract is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. The line items include various sizes and types of air filters, including MERV 13 and MERV 14 rated filters. Only new OEM medical supplies are acceptable, and no remanufactured or gray market items are allowed. The offeror must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for the equipment, verified by an authorization letter from the OEM. Quotes must meet the salient characteristics specified and should clearly identify the products offered by brand name and model number, with supporting documentation (specs, cut sheets, brochures). Offers for 'equal' products must include descriptive literature. Quoters are required to complete and submit attachments for VAAR Clause 852.219-76 and FAR 52.225-2 as part of the technical volume, along with the completed pricing schedule. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering technical capability and price. Delivery is FOB Destination.
