A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000415582 The Contractor will partner with the design team on this the Akron Street Storm Sewer and Outfall Project (Project). As part of the team, during the preconstruction phase of the Project the Contractor will provide input on schedule, work phasing, constructability, cost estimates, value engineering, and other support as may be set forth in the Contract, including the RFP Documents. The purpose of the Pre-proposal Conference is to provide Proposers with assistance in the interpretation of this RFP, the CM/GC services sought, and other technical matters. Attendance at the Pre-proposal Conference is not mandatory to submit a Proposal, but highly recommended.
