The project consists of building renewals for 3 schools: 1. Highlands P-8 - adding a wall in one large art room to split it into 2 art rooms. 2. North Middle School - upgrades to staff restrooms, staff workroom casework, new carpet in 3 classrooms, painting in main entry area, and new exterior monument marque sign. 3. P ark Lane Elementary School - upgrades in exterior courtyard, fencing, and new signage throughout the school. The Owner and General Contractor shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. Project Location: a.
