Hamtramck Public Schools is accepting quotations to provide custodial services to the District for a 3-year contract period, with guaranteed pricing from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The District reserves the right to renew the contract for three additional years, based on pricing and level of service received during the contract period. Instructions to bidders include: - Submit proposals no later than May 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. - Mail or hand-deliver sealed bids to 11645 Klinger, Hamtramck, MI 48212, ATTN: Bruce Coltman, labeled **Sealed Bid**. - Each bidder must submit an original and three signed copies of the proposal, signed by the highest-ranking officer at the local level. - All prospective bidders and any assistants or subcontractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and facility walk on April 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 11645 Klinger, Hamtramck, MI. - Only those present at the pre-bid meeting will be eligible to bid. - All questions must be directed to the Director of Facilities, Bruce Coltman, via e-mail before or after the pre-bid meeting, or during the question/answer period at the pre-bid meeting. Do not ask questions during the facility walk; instead, submit them in writing for a response in addendum format. Questions may be asked until April 27, 2026 by 7:00 a.m. - No fax, verbal, email, or telephone quotations will be accepted.
