Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Eagle Mountain City requests proposals from responsible firms or individuals for a Sewer Trunkline - 30% Design and Preliminary Engineering. The city is a rapidly growing municipality with a current population of approximately 75,000 residents. Growth projections and system capacity analyses have identified the need for construction of a new sewer trunkline to serve existing and future development areas. Instructions for bidders: A mandatory meeting will be conducted. Proof of Insurance is required when submitting a bid and insurance upon award. Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing, and results will be posted after evaluation. Vendors submitting a bid will be notified of results via email, including a spreadsheet of all vendors and bid amounts. Bids will also be posted online. The chosen vendor will submit remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter for notification purposes. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
