Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Magna, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The location of the work is: West side of 9100 West from 2700 South to 2820 South, Magna City, Salt Lake County, Utah. The project will include two bid alternates. 1. North and south side of 2760 South from 9100 West to 9150 West. 2. North side of 2820 South from 9100 West to 9150 West, and the south side of 2820 South from 9100 West to 9125 West. B. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. Items of work are as follows: Curb, gutter, ADA ramp replacement, sidewalk construction, concrete flatwork, tie-in existing driveways, restoration and tie-in of roadway asphalt. This is a federally financed community development project and all applicable rules and regulations must be followed. The project requires payment of specific wage rates per the Davis-Bacon Act and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Build America Buy America restrictions apply. Participation in the pre-bid conference is mandatory per Salt Lake County requirement for CDBG contracts. Bids from contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be accepted. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 at 11:30 PM MT
