Furnish and apply approximately 5,130 tons of 1 1/2 " compacted depth Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG 64S-22, wearing course (0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs, SRL 'H'), in accordance with Township specifications, at the listed locations; and provide milling, full widths or 1/2 widths, of streets, or six foot strips along curblines, depth 1/2 " minimum to 3-1/2" maximum, estimated 22,920 square yards, at the listed locations. The Township reserves the right to make changes to the streets/locations. Bid proposals in excess of $100,000 shall incorporate minimum salaries and wages as set forth by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. Specifications and bidding forms may be obtained through the Township Manager's Office. The contractor must ensure non-discrimination in employment. Bids may be held for a period of 45 days for review and qualification checks. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or increase/decrease the number of streets or locations to meet budget appropriations.
