Provide 'as and when required' HVAC and mechanical services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for Garrison Petawawa. The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will be for one year with a maximum estimated value of $200,000, extendable for an additional year and increased by $200,000 for each period if agreeable. Individual call-ups are generally expected to be less than $10,000, with a maximum call-up value of $40,000. The selected contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Bidders must direct questions only to the designated point of contact. Bids must be submitted online.
