The Town of Winter is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for lawn mowing and trimming services at specified municipal properties: Winter Town Hall Lawn and Little League Field, Handicap Fishing Dock adjacent to Lake Winter bridge, Boat Launch/Fishing Dock at the intersection of Lake Winter Rd and Tower Rd, Launch/Fishing Dock at Price Dam Rd, and Town of Winter Shop (front lawn area). Proposals must include a total combined price per mowing for all locations, estimated mowing frequency, and contractor’s contact information and business name. The successful contractor must provide proof of current liability insurance before contract execution. The contract is intended for the 2026 mowing season. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Payment terms will be determined at contract award.
