In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 15/5100-14E, the City of Red Bluff is requesting statements of qualifications from firms for professional airport consulting services encompassing architectural and engineering design services at the City of Red Bluff Municipal Airport. The City intends to select and negotiate with one prime airport consultant for a duration of up to five years. The detailed scope of each project element will be determined as each project is approved and funded. Interested firms must submit three hard copies and one electronic PDF copy of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Red Bluff at 555 Washington Street, Red Bluff CA 96080 by 4:00 p.m., May 13, 2026. Submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the firm's name and "PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT CONSULTANT SERVICES RED BLUFF MUNICIPAL AIRPORT."
