Scope of Work: Provide All Labor and Equipment Needed to Remove and Dispose of Anaerobic Sludge From ONE Digester Located at the South Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Facility at 13762 Washington Ave., Gulfport, MS 39507. The Digester is 54 Feet in Diameter With a Total Depth of 31 Feet. The Contractor Will Cooperate With the Plant Manager in Continuing Plant Operation While This Work Proceeds. This Project Will Be Classified as Confined Space and All Osca Requirements Will Have to Be Followed. Two (2) Digesters Will Remain in Operation While the Contractor is Removing the Sludge From ONE Digester. Question Deadline 05/25/2026 Any Questions Regarding the Electronic Bidding Service Should Be Directed to Planhouse Bidding Group at 662-407-0193, All Other Questions Should Be Sent by Email to Marie Ostrander at Mostrander@hcua-ms.us or to Bart Clover at Bclover@hcua-ms.us. The Harrison County Utility Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Technicalities if Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Utility Authority.
