Alamance County requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for professional services associated with the design and construction of approximately 4,500 lineal feet of 4" water line and related appurtenances to serve six residences located along Swepsonville-Saxapahaw Rd. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: grant administration and management, adherence to project schedules and milestones established by the funding agency, and preparation of engineering reports and environmental documentation. The selected firm must ensure compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act, all applicable federal nondiscrimination laws, anti-lobbying requirements, and EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements. The firm must also provide access to records as required, avoid use of prohibited telecommunications equipment, not submit cost or fee information with the SOQ (as pricing will be negotiated with the selected firm), and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
