The scope of work includes the milling and full width resurfacing, full depth roadway reconstruction, installation of ADA accessible curb ramps, installation of concrete sidewalk, installation of concrete vertical curb, installation of combination curb and gutter, installation of rolled concrete curb, installation of traffic striping, installation of fire hydrant, installation of stormwater piping and structures, stormwater system repairs, sanitary sewer manhole reset and reconstruction, as well as all other work necessary for the project on several roads throughout the Borough (Park Ave. East, Park Ave. West, East Church St., and Moran Pl). Bid packets must be completed as designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder and project name, and addressed to the Borough of Keansburg. Bid packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from an authorized surety company and either a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed $20,000.00. Successful bidders must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for the full project amount. Vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable statutory requirements in the contract documents.
