Construction of a pavilion, concrete walkways, and additional alternate amenities for Friendship Park. The scope of work contemplated for the abovenamed project includes the construction of a pavilion, concrete walkways, and additional alternate amenities as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within (90) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.
