Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansing, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of installation of a natural gas emergency generator at the existing sanitary sewer pump station. Owner to provide generator and ATS. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. Bidders are to use the official Bid Form. Bidding documents are to be obtained only from the issuing engineer's office by contacting the specified engineer via email and providing the required business and delivery information. Amendments will be issued only by the engineer through official Addenda. Written questions must be submitted by the stated deadline via email. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Written questions must be submitted via email to David O'Shea, P.E. by this time. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered.
