Approximately 25,000 gallons of CRS-2 and CRS-2P separately are to be applied by an approved computerized distributor capable of shooting a minimum of 20-foot width. Price per gallon will include the spreading of #8 stone to cover. Andover Township will supply #8 stone to the Township yard. Application of CRS-2/CRS2P shall be preceded by brooming of the road. Spreading the stone shall include loading at stockpile and hauled in bidder's trucks, spread, rolled, and excess stone broomed within 48 hours. Stone shall be spread using an approved self-propelled, computerized chip spreader with variable width hopper capable of a minimum 20-foot width. All work and spreading shall be under the direction and supervision of the Road Superintendent, Andover Township personnel. All bids must be clearly marked "ROAD MATERIAL BIDS" or will not be accepted. All bids must be in a sealed envelope. Bidders must include proof of Workers Compensation coverage with bids. The Andover Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
