Furnish and install a new booster pump building and station with VFD controls and remove the old station once completed. Bids must be submitted for the Water Main Replacement & Pump Station Upgrade contract. The project duration is 90 consecutive calendar days. Contract documents must be obtained from QuestCDN.com or OWN, Inc., and bidders must accurately register as plan holders. Bid documents obtained through a third party will be considered non-responsive. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their base bid, subject to conditions provided in the EJCDC C200 Instructions to Bidders. State prevailing wage rates must be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the bid opening. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or minor defects, reject any or all bids, re-advertise, or rebid.
