Sealed lump sum bids are requested for Mechanical Construction (MC) for the 2024 Capital Bond Project, Phase 2, at Washington Irving Intermediate School. Bidders must refer to the Bid Documents for a detailed description of the scope of work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least five percent of the bid amount, and the successful bidder must provide required insurance and payment/performance bonds for the full contract sum. One original signed and sealed bid plus two copies must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope with appropriate labeling. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications can be obtained online or in hard copy for a fee. Only documents obtained from the designated websites will be recognized as official. Late, faxed, or electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities, request additional information, or reject any or all bids. Prospective bidders are requested to attend the pre-bid meeting. All Requests for Information or Clarification must be submitted using the specified form and process.
