As of June 1, 2026, the bids are being evaluated by the Project Team. The project award is tentative to the Owner’s funding schedule and is not expected until October of this year. Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for construction of the City of League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion, Bid Package - Building Construction. Bids addressed to the Construction Manager at Risk, CSA Construction, Inc., will be received online until the specified time. Bids will be opened and read aloud online. All bids must remain sealed until the opening. Documents and addenda are available at CivCast. All inquiries or requests regarding this bid are to be submitted to George Craig. It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor and download these documents from CivCast. Documents can also be viewed at the Construction Manager's office. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, followed by a site walkthrough (weather permitting). All bidders are highly encouraged to attend. A proposal guaranty is not required. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of this subcontract agreement. This subcontract is contingent on City Council award of the Construction Manager's GMP. a.
