Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** Sealed proposals are invited for work at Noble County Airport in Caldwell, Ohio to replace the runway edge lighting system. Bidders must obtain the Contract Documents from Stantec Consulting Services Inc. and be listed on the plan holder's list to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted using the Proposal Forms in the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by either a combined "Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond" for 100 percent of the bid amount, or a certified or cashier's check for 10 percent of the bid; if a check is used, a separate Contract Bond for 100 percent of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. The work is subject to multiple federal requirements included in the Special Provisions and statutory requirements of the State of Ohio. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder whose proposal complies with all requirements. The authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all proposals. No award will be made if the bid exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than 10 percent.
