Renovation of a stadium in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project consists of interior renovations to adapt the Pontchartrain Center facility to support operations for a minor league NBA team. The work includes conversion of former meeting room spaces into team support areas such as new locker rooms, toilets, showers, training rooms, and administrative offices. Halls A and B will be adapted to accommodate minor league basketball games and practices, including installation of new basketball courts and sports equipment, upgraded lighting systems, and new electronic signage. All bids must comply with the Contract Documents as provided by Holly and Smith Architects, APAC, and can be obtained for a deposit. Bids may also be submitted electronically. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the Pontchartrain Center. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Design Professional in writing. Design Professional will reply by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the bidding documents. Addenda will be issued at least three (3) days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the time stated for Bid Opening. Question Deadline 04/17/2026
