Site work and paving for a civil project in Leo, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of stormwater installation along Hosler Road between Amstutz Road and Wayne Street. The work generally includes the installation of approximately 7 inlets, 3 manhole structures, 95 linear feet of storm drain, pavement patching, and site restoration. All qualified contractors are invited to bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope clearly marked with the project title and bidder's name and address to the specified location by the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects, and amend the project's scope.
