Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the construction and laying of approximately 1.35 miles of bituminous asphalt and approximately 1.35 miles of pavement pulverization on village roads. The specific roads included are: 98th street West of Hwy 45, 212th from 98th street North to Hwy C, and 88th street east of Hwy MB to cul-de-sac end. All work must comply with Wisconsin State Statutes and the current edition of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specification. The proposal must include a Certified Check or Bid Bond for 10 percent of the maximum bid, payable to the Village of Bristol, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute and file the contract if awarded. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 120 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, and an executed contract. All work must be completed by October 15, 2026. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, solicit new bids, and/or waive any informalities in the proposals.
