Bids must be submitted on the State of Indiana Contractor's Bid for Public Work - Form 96 (Rev. 2013). Each bid must include a certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent Indiana bank, payable without condition to the City of Elkhart, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company in an amount not less than five percent of the bid. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained by the bidder.
