The Contract Time is 100 days. Contractors should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages. Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) subcontractors with certain license classifications must also be prequalified. Each bidder must be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents and possess a valid and active Class C-39 License at the time of bid and throughout the contract duration. Subcontractors must be appropriately licensed for their trades. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work as required by California law.
