Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in New Whiteland, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Whiteland, Indiana is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified, developer-led teams for a Tornado Recovery, Facility Restoration, and Infrastructure Repair Project to be delivered using a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) structure. The project includes, but is not limited to, repair, rehabilitation, replacement-in-kind, and reconstruction of Town-owned facilities, utilities, and infrastructure, including the replacement of a pre-engineered metal building, together with related site and civil work. The selected respondent will enter into a Scoping Period Agreement with the Town, with the potential to proceed to a BOT Agreement upon approval by the Town. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive irregularities, and take any action permitted under Indiana Code 5-23 and applicable law.
