Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and perform all work necessary and incidental to the completion of "ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL 2026, ST-26-08," including the application of slurry seal on various street surfaces and parking lots, ready for use in accordance with City Standards Specifications, and according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and the contract documents. Project completion is required within a maximum of twenty-five working days. Bidders must be licensed in California under a class "A" or "C-12" license, perform at least fifty percent of the contract price with their own organization (except specialty items), and have completed at least three similar projects in the last five years valued at not less than $500,000 each. Bid security of at least ten percent of the total bid amount is required. Additional requirements include compliance with specific safety and labor codes, and meeting all other mandatory bid requirements set forth in the bid documents.
