Site work for a water / sewer project in Hartford, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Hartford is requesting bids for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Forcemain Improvements. The project includes the construction of a new 4" force main along South Avenue and abandonment of the existing forcemain within the UASCE Levee. Bidding documents are available online and may be examined at specified locations. Bidders are urged to register as plan holders to receive updates and addenda. The cost for bidding documents and shipping is non-refundable. Bidders must comply with all requirements detailed in the bidding documents, including submittal procedures, qualifications, and contract award processes. Only contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers not listed on the Excluded Parties List System are eligible for contract award. Contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000 must comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act and submit applicable certifications and disclosures. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
