Carrollton Utilities is seeking bids to complete a Gas Right of Way Mowing Project in Carroll County. The work includes mowing, clearing, removal of brush and woody vegetation, and disposal of debris along the Gas Transmission Line Right of Way from the Wrights Ridge Purchase Station to the Kentucky River Crossing, with a total length of approximately 4.1 miles. Proposals must be labeled with the name of the proposer and the Gas ROW Mowing 2026 Project on the outside of the proposal envelope. The project will be awarded based on the lowest and most qualified bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within thirty consecutive calendar days after the opening date.
