The Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, and equipment for a turnkey replacement of three (3) existing control panels: two walk-in freezers (Operating Temp: -18C) in Building #4482 (Freezer #1: Model # M21307 | Serial # 15061515 and Freezer #2: Model # M19004 | Serial # 09100782), and one walk-in cooler (Operating Temp: +4C 25% Humidity) in Building #4484 (Model # M20513 | Serial # 1121048). The contractor must provide and install new Norlake control panels or equal, compatible with existing mounting footprints or include necessary custom trim/mounting hardware for a clean, airtight, and sealed installation. Equipment must have accuracy of 0.5C for temperature and 1% for humidity, monitor both Air and Product Simulated Mass Temperature, provide high/low alarms for Air, Product, and Humidity, include integrated temperature charting for all units (plus integrated humidity charting for the cooler), and support paper data logging for historical compliance records. Freezers must sustain -18C or lower, coolers must sustain +4C and humidity below 25%. Contractor is responsible for all wiring and sensors, and must provide temporary thermostat solutions to ensure units remain fully operational during the changeover. Bidders must provide a quote on company letterhead including SAM.gov UEI Number, descriptive material and a 'meets/does not meet' statement for the minimum specifications, unit and total price (including shipping/delivery costs), estimated lead time/delivery date, and quote validity for at least 60 days. Offerors must identify where their offered item meets or does not meet the Governments functional and performance minimum specifications.
