Procurement for repair services is limited exclusively to Mechanical Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) contractors. Only the Mechanical MACC contractors identified on the RFP cover letter are eligible to submit a proposal. The scope of work, technical requirements, and any applicable drawings governing performance are provided in the attached documents and shall be complied with in full by the contractor. Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after award PPIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to the email addresses listed above using the Master PPI Form provided with the solicitation. The cut off for PPIs is 09 April 2026 by 1400 local time in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date.
