The Clarke County School District is inviting bids from prequalified Contractors for roofing projects at the following locations: HT Edwards Teaching Learning Center, Timothy Road ES, Howard B Stroud ES, and Johnnie Lay Burks ES. Bidding documents are available for review by interested bidders at the office of the Architect or may be obtained electronically upon request by prequalified bidders, subcontractors, or material suppliers. The subject line of the request email should specify the project name. Bidders must follow the procedures stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities. Pre-qualification requirements: All interested bidders are required to submit criteria for qualification, including AIA Document A305-2020 Contractor Qualification Statement (with exhibits), demonstrating the Contractor's ability to complete the contract satisfactorily on projects of similar scope and complexity.
